Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP): Equine-assisted psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that utilizes horses to facilitate emotional healing, personal growth, and skill development in a safe and supportive environment. It draws upon modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing, and Polyvagal Theory to address trauma and promote healing.
Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL): Build confidence, communication skills, and emotional well-being through interaction with our gentle horses.

An Equine Assisted Interaction (EAI) is an experiential learning approach or specific form of therapy that promotes personal growth and development through interactions with horses. It is a powerful tool for enhancing self-awareness, communication skills, leadership, and teamwork. EAIs can be used for a variety of purposes, including:
